Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your email address (used to sign in and email lesson links).
• Lesson audio recorded by our bot, stored on Cloudflare R2 (EU region).
• Transcripts and AI-generated artifacts from the audio.
• Basic usage logs (IP address, user agent) for abuse prevention.

• Vercel (app hosting)
• Neon (database, EU region)
• Cloudflare Workers AI + R2 (transcription + storage)
• Recall AI (meeting bot)
• Resend (transactional email)

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated artifacts by emailing hi@linqua.pro. We'll action it within 30 days.

Retention

Audio recordings and transcripts are retained until you delete the lesson or close your account. Artifact pages are public by obscure token (anyone with the link can view them).
